Cookie Policy
How this website uses cookies, and how you can control them.
Last updated: September 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can also remember a choice on this device.
2. How this site uses cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. The site still works if you decline analytics.
We use them to:
- remember your cookie choice on this device, so the banner does not keep appearing
- keep essential parts of the site working, such as forms and basic page behaviour
- understand how the website is used, so we can improve it, if you choose Accept
Your Accept or Decline choice is stored in your browser as fcCookieConsent. That is not a Google cookie. It stays until you clear this site’s data.
3. Google Analytics
If you choose Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GRTCQZDBVE) on flexecare.com and flexecare.co.uk. We do not load it if you choose Decline, or if you have not yet made a choice.
Google may then set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and measure visits. Those cookies typically last up to two years. We ask Google to anonymise IP addresses. Google processes this information as our analytics provider. You can read Google’s notice at policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Third-party content
Some pages link to third-party websites (for example, the Care Quality Commission and Google Maps). Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies once you visit them.
5. Controlling cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline. If you previously accepted or declined, that choice is stored in your browser. Clearing site data, using a different browser, or using a private window will usually bring the banner back. To stop analytics after you have already accepted, clear this site’s data, reload the page, and choose Decline.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings, see your browser’s help pages, or visit aboutcookies.org for step-by-step guidance. Blocking all cookies will not stop this website from working.
